Role Description
As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for operating and supporting semi-automated and manual packaging processes in a GMP manufacturing environment. You will ensure production activities are executed safely, accurately, and in compliance with quality standards while performing documentation, inspections, and routine equipment operations. Working closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance, you will help maintain reliable production processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate semi-automated and manual packaging equipment in accordance with GMP procedures
  • Perform packaging, labelling, inspection, and verification activities to ensure product quality
  • Complete production documentation, batch records, and electronic data entry accurately
  • Carry out basic equipment setup, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting activities
  • Monitor production performance and escalate technical or quality issues when required
  • Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and documentation standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to maintain smooth operations

Requirements
  • Experience as a Production Operator, Technical Operator, Process Operator, Packaging Operator, or similar role within manufacturing
  • Experience working in a GMP, ISO, or other regulated production environment
  • Hands-on experience operating production or packaging equipment
  • Strong attention to detail with experience completing production documentation and batch records
  • Experience with SAP, MES, or other manufacturing systems is highly desirable
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform machine adjustments and changeovers
  • Continuous Improvement mindset with exposure to Lean, 5S, or Kaizen principles
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow structured procedures
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift environment and overtime when required
  • Fluent in English
