We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join the Contract & Tender Management team. You will support commercial operations by managing pricing, product administration, and customer agreements while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Business Intelligence, and Master Data teams.Key Responsibilities
- Maintain master and customer-specific price lists, assortments, and article code changes.
- Manage commercial pricing agreements and SAP workflows.
- Validate SAP pricing conditions and resolve pricing discrepancies.
- Support New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Communicate product, pricing, and stock updates to wholesale partners.
- Process monthly indirect sales data with the Business Intelligence team.
- Maintain customer master data and support process improvements.
Key Requirements
- MBO/HBO degree in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Commercial Support, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Account Administration.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Strong Excel, organizational, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented.
