Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis until the end of February, with a potential contract extension until the end of the year plus an additional 2 months. In this role, you will support our wholesale partners by owning and updating pricing and product data, collecting indirect sales data from clients, and managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain accurate data and facilitate effective communication, ultimately delivering a seamless service experience to our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Own and regularly update product data and pricing information across platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collect indirect sales data from clients and process it for internal reporting and system updates.
• Maintain and update all necessary documentation for wholesale partners, including price lists, product assortments, and credit/debit note templates, to enhance customer experience.
• Oversee the onboarding of new products, ensuring all administrative steps are completed promptly, and update relevant systems with new sales conditions.
• Verify that sales conditions are correctly reflected in SAP and follow up on any pricing discrepancies, issuing credit or debit notes as necessary.
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to process monthly sales data and support onboarding of new clients.
• Manage pricing and discount agreements by maintaining master price lists, communicating changes twice a year, and initiating workflows for new customer agreements.
• Handle product updates and innovations on external platforms and communicate changes effectively to wholesale partners.
• Collect and process indirect sales data from clients to ensure accurate system updates and reporting.
• Support ongoing process improvements to streamline administration and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Minimum of an MBO or HBO qualification with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong administrative skills, with experience in roles related to Order-to-Cash and general administration.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent proactive communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Well-organized, accurate, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
