Our client is a leading global FMCG organization with a strong portfolio of consumer brands and an extensive international supply chain network. To support the Personal Care business, they are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Finance Manager to partner with senior stakeholders and strengthen financial performance across the European supply chain.

Role Description
As Supply Chain Finance Manager, you will act as the key finance business partner to the European Personal Care Supply Chain organization. You will be responsible for financial performance management, forecasting, budgeting, cash delivery, cost optimization, and strategic decision support. The role combines strong financial analysis with stakeholder management, enabling business leaders to make informed decisions that improve gross margin, working capital performance, and overall supply chain efficiency. You will also play an important role in strengthening governance, improving financial processes, and supporting the development of finance capabilities within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial performance management across the European Personal Care Supply Chain.
  • Monitor and analyze key financial and operational KPIs, including cash flow, working capital, inventory, cost per ton, and gross margin.
  • Deliver monthly performance reviews and provide clear insights on risks, opportunities, and variances versus plan and forecast.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for supply chain overheads and business waste.
  • Partner with senior supply chain and finance leaders to improve cost efficiency and business performance.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and financial modelling to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting, processes, and controls.
  • Ensure compliance with financial governance, internal controls, and corporate policies.
  • Coach and support the development of junior finance team members.

Requirements
  • Significant experience in Finance Business Partnering, Supply Chain Finance, Commercial Finance, or Controlling within a multinational environment.
  • Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and scenario analysis.
  • Experience working with working capital, cash flow management, inventory analysis, and cost control.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement focus.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
