Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Financial Business Partner to support our plant operations in Belfeld and Venlo. In this role, you will be the key financial advisor for the plant management teams, translating financial insights into actionable strategies. You will play a vital role in optimizing costs, efficiency, and performance while contributing to international projects like ERP implementations and streamlining operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary financial sparring partner for plant management in Belfeld and Venlo.
- Analyze and improve operational KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, yield, and costs.
- Monitor and optimise standard cost prices and profit margins.
- Conduct variance analyses, including volume, mix, price, and efficiency comparisons.
- Support and challenge CapEx investments and business cases.
- Contribute to ERP implementation projects and IT transformation initiatives.
- Drive process improvements and promote standardisation within operations.
- Participate in company-wide improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in finance within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Experience with SAP is a must.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Availability to start immediately.
- Flexible working hours, 24-40 hours per week.
Other Information
This is a temporary role with potential for permanent placement once the right candidate is found. If the candidate excels, they may be offered a permanent contract and be integrated into the team. Work location is in Belfeld.
