Job Description
For this site in Zoetermeer, we are looking for a Process Engineer (Manufacturing). - Lead investigations into high-impact incidents and deviations that affect unit KPIs, identify root causes, and define preventive actions.
- Represent the department in projects (e.g., new or changed processes), ensuring production and quality requirements are met, including the right checks and verifications.
- Support the department manager when needed and take over selected responsibilities during absence.

Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Food Technology or Mechanical Engineering (or a closely related field).
- 1–3 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment (preferably in or close to food, pharma, or medical sectors).
- Proven experience with continuous improvement and strong root-cause analysis skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where urgent issues can occur and priorities can shift.
- Strong communication skills; proactive, solution-focused, and able to collaborate with different disciplines.
- Fluent Dutch (required) and good English skills.
-Temporary Full-Time Contract (1 year)
