Minimum 1-3 years of experience within a manufacturing or production environment. Experience within food, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other highly regulated industries is preferred. Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization. Experience working in multidisciplinary project teams and managing improvement projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience in root cause analysis.
