Job Description
We are looking for a Manufacturing Technical Operator to join our client's manufacturing team in Breda. In this role, you will operate and optimize automated production and packaging lines, ensuring safe, efficient, and GMP-compliant manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for maintaining equipment performance, resolving technical issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
-Operate and monitor automated production and packaging lines.
-Perform equipment set-ups, product changeovers, and line clearances.
-Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
-Carry out minor equipment adjustments and basic maintenance.
-Record production activities and maintain accurate documentation using SAP and MES.
-Support deviation investigations and root cause analysis.
-Identify and implement process improvements using Lean and problem-solving methodologies.
-Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations.
-Ensure compliance with GMP, quality, and safety standards at all times.
Requirements
-MBO-level technical education or equivalent.
-Experience working with automated production or packaging equipment.
-Experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
-Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-Knowledge of SAP, MES, or similar manufacturing systems is an advantage.
-Good communication skills in English.
-Willingness to work in rotating 3-shift or 5-shift schedules.
