Job Description
As a Production Operations Technician, you will help ensure that manufacturing and packaging equipment performs reliably throughout the production process.
You will prepare equipment for production, respond to operational issues, complete required documentation, and contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Keep manufacturing and packaging equipment running efficiently throughout production.
- Prepare machines for different production runs, including set-ups, changeovers, line clearance, and shutdown activities.
- Identify equipment or process issues and carry out first-line troubleshooting.
- Perform minor machine adjustments to restore or improve equipment performance.
- Complete GMP and production documentation accurately and on time.
- Carry out required equipment and production-area cleaning activities.
- Follow established GMP, SOP, quality, and safety procedures.
- Identify recurring production issues and contribute to reducing downtime and improving efficiency.
- Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate technical specialists.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and technical teams to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements
- MBO-level education or equivalent technical/production experience.
- Previous hands-on experience within manufacturing, production, packaging, or process operations.
- Experience working with automated or semi-automated production equipment.
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, or regulated manufacturing procedures.
- Experience completing GMP or production documentation.
- Familiarity with machine set-ups, changeovers, line clearance, and close-down activities.
- Experience performing cleaning activities within a production environment.
- Good technical troubleshooting skills and confidence making minor equipment adjustments.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work within a rotating shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities Lead complex cross-functional innovation programs from concept to commercial launch Define project scope, roadmap, timelines, budgets, and governance structures Translate customer, clinical, and business needs into innovative product development strategies Drive collaboration across R&D, Software, AI, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and quality standards, including FDA, MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and IEC 62304 Integrate AI and digital technologies into product development and innovation programs Manage program risks, dependencies, budgets, quality, and executive reporting Lead steering committees and executive governance meetings Build strong relationships with external partners, suppliers, research institutes, and technology partners Identify opportunities for platform reuse, process improvements, and enterprise-wide innovation Mentor multidisciplinary project teams and contribute to project management best practices Requirements 7+ years of experience leading complex multidisciplinary product development or innovation programs Proven experience delivering medical devices, digital health solutions, AI-enabled products, consumer health products, or consumer electronics from concept to launch Experience working within highly regulated environments Strong knowledge of FDA, MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and product development processes Experience managing large international and cross-functional stakeholder groups Demonstrated experience with AI/ML-enabled products or applying AI technologies within development programs Strong systems engineering mindset with experience across hardware, software, cloud, and digital technologies Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills PMP, IPMA, SAFe, or equivalent Project Management certification is required Fluent in English
