Position Overview
As a QC Microbiology Analyst, you will play a key role in monitoring and maintaining microbiological quality within cleanroom manufacturing areas. You will perform environmental monitoring, microbiological testing, data review, and laboratory support activities to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Environmental Monitoring (EM) in GMP cleanrooms.
  • Conduct microbiological testing, including Sterility, Bioburden, Endotoxin, and Plate Reading.
  • Record, review, and trend microbiological test results.
  • Perform routine maintenance of laboratory equipment and work areas.
  • Support laboratory projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree or MLO Level 3 qualification in Microbiology or a related Life Sciences discipline.
  • Experience in microbiology laboratories or environmental monitoring is preferred.
  • Knowledge of microbiological techniques, including air, water, and surface monitoring.
  • Experience working with aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations.
  • Understanding of GMP regulations and Quality Control procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is not required).
  • Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Rotating 18-week shift schedule.
  • Ability to work in cleanroom environments while wearing full gowning.
  • Ability to lift up to approximately 12 kg.
