Job Description:
We are seeking a Logistics Operator to join our client's logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse and production support activities, ensuring smooth and accurate order processing, transport, and safety compliance within the factory environment. You will play a key part in maintaining efficient logistics operations, problem-solving, and contributing to ongoing improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all logistics processes, including incoming deliveries, order picking and preparation, and outgoing shipments.
• Perform operational tasks such as checking goods, sampling, transporting, storing, and shipping.
• Complete and verify documentation accurately, including logistics lists and system entries.
• Identify and resolve issues related to safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Handle basic maintenance tasks and assist with troubleshooting disruptions.
• Act as a trainer for new colleagues and communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety and quality guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing ideas for process enhancements.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
• Fluent in Dutch.
• Diploma as a Pharmaceutical Technician or similar qualification.
• Certifications for warehouse or transport equipment are preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to give and receive feedback.
• Comfortable with physical tasks and working under time pressure, with some tasks involving hazardous substances or working at heights.
