Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Specialist to support end-to-end customer and supply chain processes. In this role, you will ensure smooth order management, coordinate logistics activities, and maintain strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders. You will play an important role in optimizing operational workflows and supporting digital process improvements within a dynamic international environment.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in customer operations, logistics, order management, sales support, or demand planning who are eager to grow within a modern supply chain organization.


Key Responsibilities:
•    Process and validate customer orders accurately through ERP systems, EDI platforms, web portals, and automated workflows. 
•    Monitor order fulfillment and delivery performance, proactively identifying and resolving operational issues. 
•    Coordinate with customers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure timely communication and service delivery. 
•    Support transportation, invoicing, returns, and complaint-handling processes while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. 
•    Assist with system testing, documentation updates, and operational support during IT upgrades and process changes. 
•    Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements. 
•    Build and maintain strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and order-to-cash processes. 
•    Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects. 


Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Operations, or related fields. 
•    Experience within customer service, logistics, supply chain operations, sales support, or demand planning, preferably in the FMCG industry. 
•    Fluent in Dutch and English; French language skills are considered a strong advantage. 
•    Good understanding of order management, transportation, invoicing, returns, and complaint-handling processes. 
•    Experience with ERP systems and customer integration platforms; SAP and Salesforce knowledge are preferred. 
•    Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with attention to detail. 
•    Customer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. 
•    Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 
•    Continuous improvement mindset with interest in automation and digital process enhancement. 


Additional Information:
•    Temporary replacement role with the possibility of permanent employment. 
•    Contract duration until the end of the year. 
•    Hybrid working model with 2 office days and 3 remote working days. 
•    32-hour workweek available (Fridays are mandatory working days). 
•    Occasional on-call duties once every two months during evenings and weekends. 
•    Open to candidates with backgrounds in customer care, logistics, supply chain coordination, sales support, or demand planning.
