About the Role
This role is focused on technical scientific documentation within a packaging and manufacturing environment. The position supports extractables and leachables documentation by preparing, structuring and checking data driven documents. The role requires scientific understanding but does not involve independent risk ownership.
Responsibilities
- Support writing, reviewing, editing and finalising technical scientific documentation
- Compile data from product leaflets and technical material specifications
- Structure extractables and leachables evaluations clearly and consistently
- Process review comments and ensure document completeness and correctness
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to obtain required data
- Perform basic calculations related to evaluations using Excel
- Collaborate closely with global manufacturing and technical support teams
Requirements
- Bachelor Master or higher degree in Chemistry Biology Pharmacy or related scientific field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience preferably between 3 and 5 years
- Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated quality driven environments
- Strong documentation and data handling skills
- Understanding of GMP and good documentation practices
- Ability to work accurately and independently
- Strong English communication skills written and verbal
- Comfortable working with Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Scientific background sufficient to understand technical content
- Dutch is nice to have

- Start date as soon as possible preferably early June
- Availability 32 to 40 hours per week with preference for 40
- Hybrid working model with 2 to 3 days onsite in Boxmeer
