Role description
The Global Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading full cycle recruitment across multiple international locations. The role partners closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and global recruitment colleagues to deliver high quality hiring outcomes while supporting global talent and employer branding initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and system updates
- Recruit for roles across the United States, the Netherlands, and Denmark
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and set recruitment expectations
- Guide and support talent acquisition coordinators to ensure a strong candidate and hiring manager experience
- Source diverse talent using active and passive recruitment strategies
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors when required
- Support contract hiring and vendor engagement activities
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned recruitment process areas
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, data privacy, and recruitment standards
- Provide support to recruitment colleagues during periods of high hiring volume
- Participate in global and local recruitment projects and process improvement initiatives
- Promote the employer value proposition and deliver an excellent candidate experience
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience within pharma or biotech environments
- Experience working in fast paced international organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing workloads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong research, sourcing, and problem solving abilities
- Demonstrated learning agility and adaptability
- Working knowledge of Workday and Microsoft 365
