About the Role
This role is responsible for attracting and hiring top talent across multiple international locations while supporting global recruitment initiatives and employer branding efforts. Working closely with Human Resources and business leaders, the position plays a key role in executing the long term talent strategy. The role requires strong stakeholder management, operational recruitment expertise, and a proactive mindset in a dynamic global environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer and hiring administration
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Human Resources Business Partners to deliver effective hiring outcomes
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Source and screen diverse candidate pools using both active and passive recruitment strategies
- Guide Talent Acquisition Coordinators to ensure a strong candidate and Hiring Manager experience
- Conduct role briefings and set clear expectations on recruitment processes and timelines
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies when required
- Support recruitment for contract and contingent roles through vendor coordination
- Act as a subject matter expert for designated recruitment process areas and drive improvements
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Provide back up support to recruitment colleagues during peak hiring periods
- Contribute to global and local recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Deliver a high quality candidate experience that reflects company values and culture
- Clearly communicate role requirements and the organisations employee value proposition
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience within pharma or biotech
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast paced international environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong research and problem solving capabilities
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Demonstrated learning agility and adaptability
- Solid digital skills including experience with Workday and Microsoft 365

- Hybrid working model combining home working and an office location in Utrecht
- Scope covering hiring across the United States Netherlands and Denmark
- Role may require working later hours to overlap with international time zones
