Role description
The Digital Commerce Revenue Growth Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across digital sales channels by applying revenue growth management principles such as pricing, portfolio optimisation, and promotional effectiveness. The role focuses on developing and executing channel-specific strategies for online retailers, rapid delivery platforms, and food service partners. It combines strategic planning, commercial analytics, and cross-functional stakeholder management to identify growth opportunities and improve commercial performance across markets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead revenue growth management initiatives for digital commerce channels across multiple international markets
- Develop and implement channel-specific revenue growth strategies for online retail, quick commerce, and food service delivery partners
- Build and roll out frameworks and playbooks for revenue growth management across key markets
- Analyse pricing, promotion, and product assortment to optimise revenue and profitability
- Identify growth opportunities through portfolio, price, and pack optimisation
- Define category strategies that improve commercial performance across channels and regions
- Collaborate with channel strategy, brand, and commercial teams to align growth plans
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and commercial recommendations
- Drive execution of cross-market initiatives and measure business impact
- Influence and support stakeholders in adopting data-driven commercial strategies
Requirements
- Experience in revenue growth management, pricing, promotion, or commercial analytics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Experience working in digital commerce, e-commerce, or FMCG environments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to work in complex, ambiguous, and fast-changing environments
- Strategic thinking with a strong commercial mindset
- Experience working cross-functionally in international organisations
- Strong communication skills in English
