A global fast-moving consumer goods organisation operating in the ice cream category, focused on digital commerce growth across multiple international markets. The business works with major retail, delivery, and food service partners to expand online sales channels and improve category performance through data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the digital commerce revenue growth program, with a focus on European and ANZ markets, including the UK, Netherlands, Germany, France, and Australia.
- Design and implement tailored Revenue Growth Management (RGM) capabilities for strategic online channels such as omni-channel platforms, rapid grocery delivery, and quick-service restaurants.
- Develop and deploy RGM playbooks and frameworks for major retail partners and online channels.
- Create category strategies and guidelines to maximize revenue through product packaging, pricing, portfolio management, and promotional planning across various channels and regions.
- Identify market opportunities, white-spaces, and pack/price optimization for key digital channels and retail partners.
- Collaborate with the Channel Strategy team to identify growth drivers and refine go-to-market strategies for online retail and quick-service restaurant sectors.
- Drive measurable growth by spotting new opportunities and optimizing existing strategies through data analysis and insights.
Requirements:
- Experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), portfolio, pricing, and promotional analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ownership mentality and accountability for delivering results.
- Customer-focused mindset with curiosity and a passion for digital commerce.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
