Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lean Process Engineer to join our client's team. The successful candidate will focus on introducing new processes and products, supporting product transfers, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across various operational areas.
Responsibilities
-Partner closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Procurement, and external manufacturing partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
-Act as the go-to expert for resolving complex technical challenges within the production environment.
-Drive the deployment of new technologies and platforms to enhance operational capabilities.
-Provide ongoing product support on the shop floor while leading initiatives that improve efficiency and productivity through strong scientific and technical expertise.
-Assist in regulatory inspections by ensuring compliance of GMP systems under the team’s ownership.
-Contribute to knowledge sharing by participating in technical forums, communities of practice, and global best-practice networks.
Requirements
-5-10 years of Proven experience in process engineering or continuous improvement roles.
-Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, and related methodologies.
-Ability to lead projects and facilitate process improvement initiatives.
-Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
