About the Role
The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for introducing new processes and products through structured product transfer and continuous improvement initiatives. The role combines technical expertise with Lean Six Sigma, Change Management and data driven decision making. You will lead and support cross functional teams to ensure robust, compliant and efficient manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Introduce new processes and products through structured product transfer activities
- Develop, apply and transfer knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Change Management and Inclusion
- Lead and participate in cross functional investigations related to deviations and process issues
- Define corrective and preventive actions based on root cause analysis
- Identify, analyse and prioritise technical and business process improvement opportunities
- Initiate and coordinate improvements to processes, systems and behaviours
- Drive data driven decision making across projects and operations
- Lead Lean Six Sigma projects and facilitate kaizen events
- Coach project sponsors and practitioners in continuous improvement methodologies
- Act as a subject matter expert with minimal supervision required
Requirements
- Master or PhD degree in process technology, pharmaceutical technology, chemistry, food technology or similar
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering environment
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulated environments
- Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools
- Experience leading cross functional projects and investigations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of independence and ownership
Other Information
- Occasional travel within Europe may be required
