Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Senior Oracle ERP Business Analyst to support key business processes and system improvements across the organization. This role will focus on Oracle E-Business Suite and requires someone who can connect business needs with system solutions in a clear and practical way.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across different functions, helping to drive system enhancements, support business changes, and ensure that testing, compliance, and documentation are handled to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a key member of the global ERP business process team
- Support site-specific and global initiatives, including product launches, system improvements, -technology transfers, and priority projects
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications
- Help manage enhancement requests and ensure business needs are properly understood
- Plan, coordinate, and approve User Acceptance Testing activities
- Work with change owners to make sure documentation is complete and accurate
- Partner with IT teams to ensure system updates and enhancements meet business requirements
- Collaborate with quality-related teams to support validation and compliance standards
- Develop, maintain, and review work instructions and related process documentation
- Provide ERP impact assessments as part of change control and review discussions
- Support additional business and system-related activities as needed

Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
- Significant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional ERP role
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, especially:
- Order-to-Cash
- Plan-to-Deliver
- Finance
- Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and test scenarios
- Strong experience with User Acceptance Testing and defect handling
- Experience supporting system enhancements and working within change management processes
- Familiarity with validation and compliance in a regulated environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently and effectively in a cross-functional environment
