Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to support and enhance enterprise ERP solutions. In this role, you will bridge business and IT by translating requirements into functional solutions, optimizing end-to-end processes (OTC, PTD, Finance), and driving system improvements within a structured and compliant environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as a functional expert for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), supporting and enhancing enterprise-wide ERP solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional specifications
- Support and optimize end-to-end business processes, including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Plan-to-Deliver (PTD), and Finance
- Lead and manage ERP system enhancements, upgrades, and changes within established governance frameworks
- Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect management and business sign-off
- Ensure system solutions align with business objectives, operational efficiency, and compliance standards
- Provide functional guidance and support to cross-functional teams and end users
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain and ERP processes
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, process flows, and testing activities
Requirements
- Preferred 10+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst or in a similar role as an ERP Business Analyst or in a similar role
Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- In-depth understanding of OTC, PTD, and Finance processes
- Proven ability to translate business needs into functional designs and test scenarios
- Experience managing ERP enhancements within structured change management frameworks
- Strong UAT experience, including defect tracking and resolution
- Familiarity with validation and compliance requirements in regulated environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
