Job Description
Our client is looking for a Temporary Manufacturing IT Operations Lead to take ownership of business-critical manufacturing applications across the Benelux region. This role is focused on ensuring stable day-to-day operations while also driving improvement and transformation across the application landscape.
The successful candidate will work closely with operations, supply chain, and IT teams, acting as a key link between business needs and technical delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines leadership skills with strong operational understanding and experience in manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operational management of manufacturing applications, ensuring stability, continuity, and performance
- Support users and key stakeholders with functional application issues and ongoing improvements
- Coordinate incident resolution, problem management, and root cause analysis
- Drive improvements across manufacturing, planning, and supply chain-related systems
- Lead or contribute to digital and system transformation projects within the operations environment
- Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and site stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
- Support governance, compliance, and process consistency within the IT and operations landscape
- Guide and support team members and key users across multiple locations
- Help ensure successful transition of projects into business-as-usual operations

Requirements
- Strong experience in manufacturing IT, business systems, or application management within an industrial environment
- Good understanding of manufacturing, planning, and supply chain processes
- Experience supporting or improving business-critical operational systems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience leading teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives
- A practical, hands-on approach with a focus on continuity and improvement
- Comfortable working across multiple sites and collaborating with a broad stakeholder group
