About the Role:
This role involves working in a quality control microbiology team supporting laboratory and cleanroom operations. The position focuses on performing microbiological testing and environmental monitoring to ensure product safety and compliance. You will handle routine lab activities, data review, and documentation in line with GMP standards. The role requires collaboration within a structured team environment and adaptability to a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:
- Perform environmental monitoring of cleanrooms to ensure compliance with quality and GMP standards. 
- Conduct microbiological testing such as sterility, endotoxin, bioburden, and microbial identification. 
- Record, review, and trend laboratory data to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure cleanliness and readiness of lab spaces. 
- Support quality control projects and assist with additional laboratory tasks as required. 


Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology (or equivalent) or vocational qualification (MLO level 4) with 0–4 years of relevant laboratory experience. 
- Hands-on experience in microbiological techniques such as environmental monitoring, air and surface sampling, and microbial identification. 
- Knowledge and practical exposure to GMP regulations, quality control processes, and cleanroom operations. 
- Experience with aseptic techniques and ability to work in controlled environments, including gowning and handling routine lab procedures. 
- Proficiency in MS Office tools along with strong communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
