The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Operations Associate to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting operations, and strategic decision-making processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
-Support month-end close and quarterly planning activities, including headcount, operating expenses, and capital expenditure tracking
-Assist with preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial scenarios
-Provide accounting support including journal entries, variance analysis, and costing-related reporting
-Develop and monitor productivity metrics to support business efficiency
-Liaise with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Tax, FP&A, and Site Operations
-Provide financial insights to leadership on trends and business implications
-Assist with internal and external audit requirements
-Perform ad hoc financial tasks and reporting as needed

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar finance role, preferably in an international environment
-Proven experience with cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
-Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
-High proficiency in SAP, Hyperion, and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
