Role Description
As a Senior Associate in Finance, you will support financial analysis across various functions, teams, and departments. You will assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, contribute to the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning scenarios, and collaborate closely with Accounting, Tax, Operations Consolidation FP&A, Site FP&A, and other business functions

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close and quarterly planning activities, including headcount, operating expenses, and capital expenditure tracking
• Assist with preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial scenarios
• Provide accounting support including journal entries, variance analysis, and costing-related reporting
• Develop and monitor productivity metrics to support business efficiency
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Tax, FP&A, and Site Operations
• Provide financial insights to leadership on trends and business implications
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar finance role, preferably in an international environment
• Proven experience with cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High proficiency in SAP, Hyperion, and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
