Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Financial Controller to join a dynamic finance team. This role involves managing financial planning, controlling, and reporting activities, as well as leading projects to improve processes and drive operational efficiency within a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling complex financial data and supporting strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
-Oversee financial controlling and reporting activities, including month-end closing and financial plans.
-Manage financial aspects of capital expenditure (Capex) projects, ensuring accurate tracking and valuation of assets.
-Lead cross functional project teams to redesign processes, develop RACI matrices, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
-Conduct in-depth data analysis for cash flow visibility, budgeting, and project performance management.
-Support change initiatives in a global manufacturing environment by providing strategic insights, generating reports, and following up on actions.
-Supervise indirect purchasing processes via internal systems such as Coupa, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
-Coordinate internal control activities and ensure accurate depreciation and asset valuation.


Requirements
-At least 5 years’ experience in accounting, financial controlling, or reporting; Capex experience is essential.
-Strong knowledge of internal controls and financial reporting standards.
-Advanced skills in MS Excel; experience with SAP/BW, Spotfire BI, and Oracle HFM preferred.
-Ability to challenge assumptions, address deviations, and implement corrective actions.
-Excellent relationship-building skills across functions and teams.
-Capable of working independently in a complex, matrixed environment.
-A Master’s degree in Finance or related field.
