Role Description
One of the client's sites is undertaking a major SAP retrofit project in preparation for the upcoming SAP S/4HANA rollout. The project involves replacing legacy SAP systems across Planning, Production, Logistics, and Quality functions, as well as implementing a new MES packaging solution. To ensure a successful transition and reduce operational risks during and after go-live, the company is establishing a 24/7 HyperCare support team. We are seeking five HyperCare Support Specialists to provide on-site support from the end of August until mid-October, helping users adapt to the new systems and ensuring business continuity throughout the stabilization period.
Responsibilities
- Providing first-line HyperCare support to end users during and after system go-live.
- Acting as a subject matter resource for SAP-related questions and issues.
- Troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving system and process-related incidents in a timely manner.
- Supporting business users in Planning, Production, Logistics, Quality, and MES-related processes.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate project or technical teams when required.
- Monitoring and tracking reported issues to ensure effective resolution.
- Assisting users with system navigation, transaction execution, and process adoption.
- Contributing to maintaining stable operations during the HyperCare period in a 24/7 support environment.
