Experience working in GMP/GxP-regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, or life sciences. Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities across facility services and utility systems, including GMP and non-GMP utilities. Experience managing contractors, maintenance providers, and external vendors. Demonstrated ability to manage projects, budgets, cost estimates, and performance metrics. Strong communication skills with professional fluency in English, both written and spoken. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to changing business priorities. Master's degree (MSc) or MBA is advantageous. Professional Engineer (PE) certification is considered a plus.
