Job Description
We are looking for a Manufacturing Process Technician (Shift-Based) to support day-to-day operations in a manufacturing department where flexibility is key. The technician will work across different production lines (automated, semi-automated, and manual) and will focus on safe, accurate, and efficient execution of standard procedures to meet production targets.
Responsibilities
- Operate production lines in line with established operating procedures and standard work
- Support daily performance targets across safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and operational performance
- Communicate clearly with other operators and the line lead to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution
- Escalate deviations, safety concerns, or technical issues in a timely and factual manner
- Contribute to shift handover routines to ensure continuity between shifts
- Follow assigned training requirements and complete training within required timelines
- Look for practical improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste in daily work
- Demonstrate ownership for tasks and outcomes while supporting a professional team culture
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (pharma or other regulated production is a strong plus)
- Comfortable working with SOPs, standard work, and structured processes
- Willing and able to work in rotating shift patterns
- Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- 3 Shift based
- A flexible, team-oriented working style with strong attention to detail and accountability
Other Information
This is an on-site role in Breda, working in a structured production environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
