Role  Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior HR Operations Analyst to oversee, support, and improve a range of HR technology platforms. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of HR systems, support system integration and enhancements, and collaborate on strategic projects to optimize HR technology landscape. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse systems beyond core HCM platforms, including tools like Phenom and ServiceNow, supporting the organization’s HR initiatives worldwide.

Responsibilities
-Manage end-to-end support for multiple HR systems, ensuring systems are maintained, updated, and functioning optimally.
-Collaborate with teams to implement improvements and integrate new solutions aligned with organizational needs.
-Assist in project management for HR system upgrades and deployments, from planning through testing and execution.
-Develop comprehensive documentation for HR system processes, workflows, and user guidelines.
-Analyze system data and processes to identify opportunities for performance improvements and feature enhancements.
-Act as a main point of contact between HR teams and technical partners, facilitating clear communication and effective collaboration.
-Support strategic projects involving platform updates and new implementations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
-Ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations pertaining to HR systems.


Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
-3-5 years of experience working with HR systems, system maintenance, or related roles.
-Strong understanding of HR processes and how technology supports them.
-Proficiency with HR platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and the MS Office Suite.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working with both technical and non-technical teams.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, global environment.
