About the Role
This role supports the integration of two new manufacturing sites in the United States, with a strong focus on order to cash and stock management. You will play a key role during go live and post go live phases by ensuring operational continuity, stabilising processes and driving improvements. The position requires a hands on supply chain professional who can combine daily execution with analytical process optimisation.

Responsibilities
- Support order fulfilment, warehousing and transportation processes during and after go live
- Actively participate in daily operations including order handling, deliveries and invoicing
- Quickly understand and work with new processes and systems
- Identify, analyse and resolve operational and process deviations
- Monitor and stabilise end to end supply chain flows with focus on order to cash and inventory
- Implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including order to cash, warehousing and transportation
- Solid experience working with SAP and reporting tools
- Proven experience in go lives, implementations or system integrations
- Analytical mindset with strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to switch between operational execution and process improvement
- Hands on mentality and ability to perform in a dynamic go live environment
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in similar supply chain roles
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus

- 32 to 38 hours per week
- Hybrid working model
