Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join the production and operations support team. This role involves performing complex scientific tests, supporting experimental procedures, and ensuring the smooth running of laboratory activities within a high-standard research environment.
 
Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced tests and operate complex laboratory systems or equipment, following standardized procedures.
• Support trial designs by preparing materials, controlling experimental setups, and assisting in trial execution.
• Record data accurately and compile results into clear, presentable reports.
• Monitor experimental processes, notice deviations, and document findings in laboratory journals.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and identify failures to ensure optimal operation.
• Assist with resource management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing laboratory equipment, and cleaning.
• Support the daily functioning of the laboratory, including automated data processing and sample handling, under moderate supervision.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with safety and procedural standards.

• Prior experience working in a scientific, medical, or clinical laboratory environment.
• Strong technical skills with laboratory equipment and testing procedures
• Experience with HPLC
• Ability to perform data analysis and prepare reports.
• Good attention to detail and observant of experimental variations.
• Basic understanding of laboratory safety, equipment management, and operational procedures.
