Role description
As a Production Operator, you are responsible for operating and monitoring the forming section of food production lines. The role focuses on ensuring smooth production processes, consistent product quality, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. You work closely with colleagues to keep production running efficiently in a two shift system.

Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor production line equipment
- Ensure availability of correct raw materials, packaging, and staffing
- Start up, adjust, and change over production lines
- Monitor product quality including appearance, weight, and quantities
- Identify and resolve operational or technical malfunctions
- Perform test productions and quality checks
- Register production, quality, and technical data in the system
- Instruct and support production staff on the line
- Work according to hygiene, safety, and quality procedures
- Keep the workplace clean and well organized

Requirements
- Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment
- Proactive and quality focused working attitude
- Hands on mentality and strong team skills
- Willingness to work in a two shift rotation
- Knowledge of Dutch or English, spoken and written
