Job Description
Our client is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Lead to support recruitment across several international locations. This person will take ownership of the full hiring process, work closely with hiring managers and HR partners, and help strengthen recruitment practices across the business. The role suits someone who is confident managing multiple vacancies, building strong internal relationships, and contributing to broader talent acquisition projects.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake through to offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and set clear expectations
- Source, screen, and engage candidates through a range of channels
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Support a high-quality candidate’s experience throughout the process
- Work closely with HR colleagues and internal stakeholders across different regions
- Guide and support coordination activities linked to the hiring process
- Contribute ideas to improving recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working
- Support recruitment activity for both permanent and project-based hiring needs
- Help ensure recruitment activity is delivered in line with company standards and compliance requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working level
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience within pharma, biotech, or a similar environment
- Strong experience managing end-to-end hiring processes
- Confident working with international stakeholders across different locations
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using recruitment systems and digital tools such as Workday and Microsoft 365
