Role Description
This position is responsible for coordinating logistics activities for customers in the Dutch market and International Travel Retail segment. The role ensures the full order to invoicing process runs smoothly while driving improvements across supply chain processes. You act as the key link between customers, logistics partners, and internal teams to enhance service performance.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships related to logistics processes
- Lead logistics performance meetings with customers
- Manage the complete order to invoicing flow with accuracy
- Coordinate and resolve customer complaints
- Initiate and drive improvement projects focused on supply chain optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics service providers
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics network

Requirements
- Completed HBO or university level degree, preferably with supply chain experience
- Experience managing and optimizing customer relationships
- Experience in developing and implementing supply chain improvements
- Strong action oriented mindset with drive for results
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with systems such as SAP and PowerBi
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
- Fluent in Dutch and or English
