Role Description
As a Digital Commerce Revenue Growth Manager, you will drive growth in the digital commerce channel by leveraging Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies. You will work with key markets, partners, and brand teams to optimize portfolio, pricing, and channel strategies across omni-commerce, rapid grocery, and meal delivery platforms, while enabling data-driven decision-making and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the digital commerce RGM program for Ice-Cream across EU & ANZ markets (UK, Netherlands, Germany, France, Australia)
- Design and implement tailored RGM capabilities and playbooks for key strategic channels and markets
- Develop and deploy retailer-specific RGM frameworks for top customers
- Create category strategies to optimize revenue through pricing, pack architecture, portfolio mix, and promotional planning
- Identify growth opportunities, including white spaces, pricing strategies, and channel-specific assortment planning
- Build and manage channel-specific portfolios for omni-commerce, rapid grocery, and QSR partners
- Collaborate with the Digital Commerce Channel Strategy Lead to define current and future growth drivers
- Drive data-led insights and translate analytics into actionable business strategies
- Act as a thought leader and change agent to influence stakeholders and drive transformation
- Deliver measurable business impact by identifying and executing revenue growth opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and/or portfolio, pricing, and promotion analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
- High level of ownership, accountability, and results orientation
- Ability to work independently and drive progress in ambiguous environments
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a high level of curiosity and problem-solving ability
- Passion for digital commerce and emerging market trends
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
