Job Description
The Financial Business Partner for Operations supports plant management at our Belfeld and Venlo sites. In this role, you act as the key financial advisor, translating data into actionable insights, and driving ongoing improvements in costs, efficiency, and overall performance. You will also contribute to global projects such as ERP implementations and process standardization initiatives.
Responsibilities
-Serve as a financial sparring partner for the plant management teams in Belfeld and Venlo.
-Analyze operational KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, yield, and costs, recommending improvements.
-Monitor and optimize standard cost prices and profit margins.
-Conduct variance analyses related to volume, product mix, pricing, and efficiency.
-Support and challenge capital expenditure investments and business case evaluations.
-Play an active role in ERP implementations and IT transformation projects.
-Promote process improvements and standardization within operations.
-Participate in group-wide improvement initiatives.
Requirements
-Proven experience in finance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
