Requirements LBO/MBO level working and thinking ability. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or food production environment. Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety standards. Understanding of Food Defense requirements. Familiarity with workplace safety procedures and safety instructions. Experience with GMP-regulated environments, preferably pharmaceutical, biotech or food manufacturing. Knowledge of utilities and building systems such as HVAC, compressed air, sprinkler systems or warehouse/building equipment. Experience with HVAC and/or compressed air is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working with external maintenance partners and different internal departments. Willing and available to participate in the 24/7 on-call rotation, normally approximately once per month for a 7-day period. Fully onsite availability in Breda.
