As Deployment Lead, you will lead global deployments of the OMP Supply Planning solution, ensuring business readiness, stakeholder engagement, change management, and successful implementation across operating companies.Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end deployment of OMP Supply Planning, Detailed Scheduling and MRP.• Act as the link between local deployment teams and the global core project team.
• Prepare, facilitate and manage deployment activities and governance.
• Drive stakeholder management, change management and user adoption.
• Translate technical issues into business impacts and escalate where required.
• Coach teams and ensure quality documentation and project sign-offs.
• Travel globally to support deployments.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.• Experience in Supply Chain Planning (Supply/Demand Planning).
• Proven implementation/project management experience.
• At least one end-to-end implementation as Deployment Lead.
• Strong stakeholder and change management skills.
• ERP implementation experience; OMP is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
