Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Coordinator to support the company's commercial growth initiatives. This temporary role involves assisting with customer account management, product innovations, promotional activities, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will work closely with various internal teams and external partners to help achieve ambitious sales and market expansion goals.

Responsibilities:
•    Manage relationships with one or multiple customers, overseeing part of the product portfolio.
•    Prepare for and participate in customer meetings and visits to strengthen partnerships.
•    Support senior account managers in negotiations, business reviews, and strategic discussions.
•    Monitor sales figures, market share, distribution, and profitability targets, providing insights and recommendations.
•    Identify new business opportunities and potential risks, advising accordingly.
•    Coordinate the launch of new products and innovations with internal teams and clients.
•    Support assortment optimization and distribution expansion initiatives.
•    Evaluate the performance of product launches and provide improvement suggestions.
•    Assist in developing promotional plans, analyze promotional activities, and ensure consistency across campaigns.
•    Conduct data analysis on sales, volume, and market trends, supporting forecasting and planning processes.
•    Prepare reports, presentations, and insights to support decision-making.


Requirements:
•    Bachelor's or Master's degree.
•    Strong interest or experience in Sales, FMCG, or Retail sectors.
•    Good analytical skills and numerical insight.
•    Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
•    Strong stakeholder management skills.
•    Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently.
•    Team-oriented with a winning attitude.
•    Fluency in Dutch and English.
•    Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
