Job Description:
The Maintenance Planner plays a key role in ensuring maintenance activities run efficiently within a production environment. This position is responsible for preparing, planning, and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance work. Close collaboration with production teams and technicians is essential to ensure safe, timely, and well-organized execution of all maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Create and manage maintenance schedules for technicians
- Coordinate maintenance timing with production teams
- Maintain continuous communication with technicians and stakeholders
- Prepare technical materials and work instructions
- Organize and manage work permits
- Distribute work effectively among maintenance technicians
- Ensure maintenance activities align with production priorities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance planning within a production environment
- Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to the role
- Junior candidates considered only with strong learning ability and proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non?technical stakeholders
- Practical and hands?on working approach
- Fluency in Dutch is required
- Good command of English is an advantage
