Job Description –
For our client, we are looking for a Treasury Governance & Reporting Analyst to support global treasury operations. The role focuses on treasury governance and control activities, as well as delivering high-quality cash reporting and insight for key stakeholders. The analyst will also support and improve reporting through digital tools such as Power BI and the wider Power Platform.
Responsibilities –
The Treasury Governance & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for:
- Preparing and maintaining key cash reports (e.g., daily cash reporting, cash forecasting, idle cash analysis), including analysis and follow-up with stakeholders
- Coordinating treasury governance activities across regions, ensuring processes are followed and documented
- Supporting compliance-related processes, such as coordinating questionnaires and performing user access management activities
- Coordinating internal control self-testing activities and supporting evidence collection and follow-up actions
- Reviewing manual payments to ensure accurate and controlled processing
- Supporting and improving digital reporting tools and solutions (e.g., troubleshooting, updates, optimising dashboards/visuals, maintaining flows)
- Supporting activities related to intercompany loans, including ensuring documentation is complete
- Participating in improvement initiatives and projects within treasury operations
Requirements –
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Business Economics, or similar
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within treasury and/or finance operations
- Strong knowledge of cash reporting and stakeholder coordination
- Experience with Power BI and exposure to the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while collaborating with others
- Experience with payment industry compliance frameworks and/or SAP is considered a plus
Other Information
The role is based in Veghel, with on-site presence required during the week.
