Job Description
We are looking for a Site OT Cybersecurity & Compliance Specialist to support site-level operational technology (OT) and cybersecurity activities. The focus of this role is to ensure consistent execution of established enterprise cybersecurity policies and standards at site level, while working closely with local and corporate stakeholders to keep operations secure, compliant, and well documented.
Responsibilities
- Act as a site-level subject matter expert for operational technology and cybersecurity topics.
- Support the application, monitoring, and clear explanation of corporate cybersecurity policies and standards to local stakeholders.
- Perform inventory and qualification of local OT assets in alignment with enterprise governance frameworks.
- Review the current site security operating model and contribute to proposals that align the site approach with enterprise insights and best practices.
- Document the site security model, including roles, responsibilities, and governance, in a structured and audit-ready manner.
- Define and document procedures related to the use of the standard enterprise password management solution.
- Coordinate communication around patching activities, planned maintenance, and expected operational impacts in close cooperation with the IT team.
- Collaborate with IT, OT, cybersecurity, quality, and corporate stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of security practices.
Requirements
- Strong practical knowledge of cybersecurity principles, OT environments, and risk-based security concepts.
- Experience working in a large enterprise environment with strict governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Proven ability to understand and apply corporate standards and policies at site level.
- Experience with OT asset management and security governance documentation in a regulated or industrial setting.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Dutch, written and spoken.
