Finance Manager AFAS - Operationeel/ Hands-on Over SIRE Life Sciences SIRE Life Sciences is een gespecialiseerd recruitment-, staffing- en consultancybedrijf in de life sciences sector. Doel van de functie Als hands-on Finance Manager ben je in de operatie verantwoordelijk voor de volledige financiële huishouding van SIRE Life Sciences en de gelieerde werkmaatschappijen. Je voert zelf de boekhouding, sluit periodes af, stelt rapportages op en bereidt de jaarrekening en audit voor. Je werkt rechtstreeks met de directie en bent het dagelijkse aanspreekpunt voor de externe accountant, fiscalist en juridisch adviseurs. Dit is geen strategische of beleidsmatige rol: we zoeken iemand die zelf achter de knoppen zit in AFAS Profit, problemen signaleert en direct oplost, processen stroomlijnt en zorgt dat de financiële administratie op elk moment actueel, correct en audit-ready is. Wat ga je concreet doen? Financiële administratie & periodeafsluiting Zelfstandig voeren van de volledige financiële administratie in AFAS Profit voor meerdere entiteiten (werkmaatschappijen en holdings) Boeken van in- en verkoopfacturen, bankboekingen, memoriaalposten, intercompany-verrekeningen en kostenverdeling Maandelijkse en kwartaalafsluiting: balansreconciliatie, afschrijvingen, voorzieningen, transitoria en overlopende posten Bewaken van de debiteuren- en crediteurenpositie, uitvoeren van betalingsruns en aanmaningen Salarisverwerking controleren en afstemmen met de HRM/payroll-module in AFAS (loonstroken, loonheffingen, pensioenpremies, sociale lasten) BTW-aangiften en overige fiscale aangiften voorbereiden en indienen Rapportage & management-informatie Opstellen van maandelijkse managementrapportages: P&L, balans, cashflow, KPI-dashboards Budgetten, forecasts en begrotingen voorbereiden in samenwerking met de directie Margeberekeningen en omzetanalyses per opdrachtgever, business line en consultant/uitzendkracht Inrichten en optimaliseren van rapportagestructuren en dashboards in AFAS Profit Ad hoc analyses ten behoeve van directiebesluitvorming Jaarrekening, audit & compliance Volledig samenstellen van het balansdossier en de PBC-lijst (prepared by client) ten behoeve van de externe accountant Coördineren en begeleiden van de jaarrekening (samenstelwerkzaamheden en controle) conform RJ-richtlijnen Voorbereiden en indienen van de vennootschapsbelasting- en inkomstenbelastingaangiften (in afstemming met de fiscalist) Toezien op naleving van WAADI-registratie, SNA-certificering en branchespecifieke compliance-verplichtingen Interne controles uitvoeren en vastleggen; signaleren en opvolgen van bevindingen AFAS Profit: beheer, optimalisatie & automatisering Dagelijks werken in AFAS Profit als key user: financiële administratie, inkoopfactuurverwerking, projectadministratie Optimaliseren van bestaande AFAS-inrichting: grootboekschema, kostenplaatsen, rapportagestructuren, workflows Automatiseren van repetitieve processen: boekingsregels, goedkeuringsflows, geautomatiseerde rapportages Afstemming tussen de financiële module, HRM/payroll en CRM binnen AFAS Profit Eerste aanspreekpunt voor AFAS-gerelateerde vraagstukken; afstemming met AFAS-support en eventuele implementatiepartners Stakeholders & samenwerking Directe samenwerking met de directie als financiële sparringpartner op operationeel niveau Aanspreekpunt voor de externe (samenstel & audit) accountants, fiscalist en juridisch adviseurs Afstemming met banken, verzekeraars en overige financiële stakeholders Samenwerking met HR/payroll, operations en sales voor een integrale financiële procesketen Wat breng je mee?
