About the Role
As a Operations Business Controller you act as the financial partner to plant management, working closely with operations to drive performance and results. You translate financial data into actionable insights and support decision making on the factory floor. In addition, you contribute to international improvement projects that strengthen processes across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Act as financial sparring partner to plant management
- Analyse and improve operational KPIs such as productivity efficiency yield and costs
- Monitor and optimise standard cost prices and margins
- Perform variance analyses including volume mix price and efficiency
- Support and challenge CapEx investments and business cases
- Contribute to ERP implementations and IT transformation projects
- Drive process improvement and standardisation within operations
- Participate in group wide improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance Business Economics or similar
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar controlling role
- Background within a production or operations environment
- Strong analytical skills with a hands on mindset
- Excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholder levels
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Willing to travel approximately once per month to Denmark
