About the Role
This role leads digital marketing activities for a global B2B segment focused on performance and active nutrition. The position combines hands on campaign delivery with strategic ownership of digital channels, website, search and performance insights. Close collaboration with marketing, communications and regional stakeholders is key.
Responsibilities
- Deliver global and regional digital marketing campaigns for the performance and active nutrition segment
- Co develop digital marketing strategy aligned with segment marketing goals
- Develop and manage the digital communications calendar together with marketing communications
- Define campaign approach, channel mix and touchpoints
- Set and manage KPIs and performance metrics on channel and campaign level
- Analyse campaign results and provide insights and recommendations
- Conduct digital competitor analysis based on marketing and market intelligence briefs
- Define and execute SEO and SEA strategy in collaboration with marketing teams
- Define and execute website vision with focus on UX and performance
- Act as local privacy officer together with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing roles
- Proven experience delivering global and regional B2B campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital tools platforms and best practices
- Experience with SEO SEM and website optimisation
- Expertise in website UX
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights
- Solid project management skills
- Familiarity with Google Analytics CRM and marketing automation tools
- Understanding of sales and marketing processes
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proactive confident and communicative personality
- Ability to work in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments

- Working hours between 32 and 38 hours per week
