Job Description
As an experienced Procurement Program Coordinator you will support the execution of critical procurement initiatives within the External Manufacturing (EM) division. The successful candidate will drive program delivery, manage contractual compliance, coordinate supplier activities, and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration to meet strategic objectives.
 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the execution of assigned EM programs and projects, ensuring timely delivery from initiation to completion.
  • Manage project stages, including contract drafting, approvals, and milestone achievement; identify and escalate risks and bottlenecks with mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate the preparation, approval, signing, and system upload of EM contracts and RSPs in Coupa, monitoring expiry dates and compliance with approval thresholds.
  • Drive contract compliance efforts, collaborating closely with S2C and Legal teams to address discrepancies and enforce adherence to contractual terms.
  • Support commercial activities such as cost reviews, benchmarking, and data alignment between suppliers, Procurement, and Finance teams.
  • Resolve blocked invoices by collaborating with Accounts Payable, suppliers, and stakeholders, addressing root causes like pricing mismatches or contract Gaps.
  • Act as the main point of contact for category procurement, supporting subcategory buyers and providing regular updates on portfolio status, risks, and next steps.
  • Manage capacity and prioritize activities to focus on high-impact, high-risk topics, adjusting focus based on evolving business needs, in partnership with the Global Category Manager.
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • 5-8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations, with proven program or project delivery in a complex environment.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, compliance, and supplier-facing activities.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and Coupa systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing, interim environment.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
