Job Description
Our client is looking for an Order Management Specialist to support the smooth execution of customer and order management activities. This role is focused on ensuring accurate order handling, monitoring delivery flows, resolving operational issues, and maintaining clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders. It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured, system-driven environment and wants to contribute to both daily operations and process improvements.

Responsibilities
- Manage and validate customer orders across different digital channels
- Monitor order and delivery flows and identify any issues or discrepancies
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational and service-related problems
- Communicate proactively with customers and logistics partners on updates and delivery status
- Support accurate administration linked to invoicing, complaints, returns, and related processes
- Contribute to process improvements and help identify opportunities to optimise ways of working
- Assist with system testing, documentation, and process updates during changes or upgrades
- Build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Help maintain a high level of service quality within a busy customer operations environment

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience, or a Master’s degree with early career experience
- Experience in customer operations, customer service, sales support, logistics, or a similar field
- Understanding of supply chain and order management processes
- Experience working in a customer-focused, operational environment
- Comfortable using ERP systems and digital tools; experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus
- Strong administrative accuracy and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset with an interest in process improvement
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an advantage
