Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. In this role, you will operate and oversee high-tech equipment used to produce high-quality medicines in a GMP-controlled environment. You will be responsible for maintaining process integrity, ensuring compliance, and continuously improving production efficiency to meet the company’s mission of delivering safe, effective products to patients on time.
Responsibilities
-Operate production lines according to strict operating procedures in a GMP environment
-Monitor, analyze, and document process data to ensure quality and performance standards are met
-Perform change-overs and troubleshoot equipment issues using Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools
-Collaborate with production supervisors, line leads, and cross-functional teams to optimize operations
-Conduct regular process checks, fine-tuning parameters, and escalate issues as needed
-Complete administrative tasks accurately in SAP/MES systems
-Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in problem-solving activities
-Accurately hand over shifts and ensure all training is current and completed on time
-Maintain a high level of cleanliness, safety, and compliance according to GMP standards
Requirements
-Minimum 3 years of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a GMP or ISO-certified environment
-Proven knowledge of process data analysis and ERP systems (SAP/MES)
-Excellent communication skills in English
-Strong team spirit, structured work style, and ownership attitude
-Flexibility to work different shifts, including overtime and weekends
