Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Site Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily logistics operations at site level. This person will lead frontline logistics activities across warehousing, internal transport, inbound and outbound flows, inventory management, and operational support for production. The role requires a hands-on leader who can combine people management with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site logistics and warehouse activities
- Lead teams responsible for warehouse operations and production support
- Ensure timely handling of inbound and outbound goods across multiple transport modes
- Oversee inventory management and the efficient use of storage facilities
- Make sure shipping and transport documentation is prepared accurately and on time
- Maintain high standards of safety and ensure activities are carried out in line with site rules and regulations
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement in logistics processes
- Support lean ways of working and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Act as a key point of contact for waste handling and coordinate the safe and efficient removal of waste materials
- Work closely with operations and site leadership to improve end-to-end logistics processes
- Take responsibility for team performance, development, training, and absence management

Requirements:
- Higher vocational or university level of working and thinking
- Leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, or a production environment
- Strong awareness of safety and compliance in an operational setting
- Experience with inventory, transport coordination, and logistics process control
- Knowledge of customs or transport documentation is a strong advantage
- Experience with lean, shopfloor management, or continuous improvement methods
- Familiarity with planning systems or SAP is preferred
- Good communication skills in both Dutch and English
