Role Description 
We are seeking a dedicated Food Contact Materials Compliance Specialist to join their R&D Packaging Department. In this role, you will ensure that all packaging materials in their international portfolio comply with relevant food contact regulations, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to uphold safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities 
- Ensure compliance of all packaging materials with applicable food contact regulations worldwide.
- Review and advise on compliance documentation related to packaging.
- Stay updated on new legal developments affecting food contact materials and implement necessary actions.
- Monitor the progress of regulation implementation activities to ensure timely execution.
- Provide expert guidance and support to internal departments and external customers regarding regulatory requirements.

Requirements 
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Packaging, Food Science/Technology, or a related field
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in food contact material regulation, ideally in the food or dairy industry
- Strong knowledge of European food contact regulations; familiarity with FDA, China GB, and international standards is a plus
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Experience with data management systems and tools like SAP PLM, PowerBI, and Excel
- Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
